Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Dogs under the age of 1 year are not allowed.
All pets must have current vaccinations and be spayed or neutered.
Limit of 2 pets per home.*
The Pet Deposit is $300 (refundable), plus a one-time Pet Fee of $300 (non-refundable) per apartment.
Pet Rent is $30 per month, per cat, $40 per month, per dog less than 50 pounds, $60 per month per dog more than 40 pounds.

Pet Amenities:
Two tokens are included per dog per month to use the dog spa.
